    GENERAL CONDITIONS

    We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.


    MODIFICATIONS TO THE SERVICE AND PRICES

    Prices for our services and courses are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.


    PERSONAL INFORMATION

    Your submission of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.


    INDEMNIFICATION

    You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Gloss Global Ltd and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, interns and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable legal fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.


    CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

    You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.

    PAYMENT

    A student is accepted for enrolment once a 20% deposit payment has been received and an enrolment confirmation email has been sent by Gloss. This deposit payment is non-refundable, but may be transferred to another course/date (within 12 months) at Gloss's discretion.

    Full course fees must be paid by the first day of the course (via bank transfer or credit/debit card a week before the course commences, or in cash on the first day of the course), unless a payment plan or other method of payment is previously agreed. Gloss Global Ltd reserves the right to refuse a course if full payment has not been received.

    Course fees do not include travel, accommodation, beverages or meals.

    Students requesting dates not listed on our websites will be charged an additional fee for scheduling new dates. Gloss Global reserves the right to allocate further students to these dates, unless previously agreed.


    CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS

    Students must provide sufficient notice for all cancellations. Minimum 14 working days for cancellations and minimum 10 working days for rebookings (where applicable) - For courses longer than 1 week in duration a minimum of 28 working days must be given for cancellations and rebookings.

    All cancellations must be made directly over the phone to the academy and followed up with an email to admin@gloss.global.

    In the event of cancellation of courses/examinations by the student, deposit payments will not be refunded and Gloss Global Ltd reserves the right to charge 100% of course fees. In the event of a rebooking there will be a charge of up to 660.00 AED dependent upon course plus an admin charge of 82.50 AED. Rebooking fee, admin charge and any remaining course fees must be paid in full before rebooking.

    Should the course be cancelled by Gloss Global Ltd due to unforeseen circumstances, bad weather, terrorism or act of God, then Gloss Global Ltd would not refund students. An alternative course date will be offered.


    ATTENDANCE

    Students must complete and email back their student induction packs in order to complete their enrolment onto their course. Failure to do so may result in students being refused commencement of their course and moved to another course date.

    Students are required to attend all dates of their course. If students fail to attend any part of their course for any reason, Gloss Global Ltd will not offer refunds. All catch-up dates will be offered subject to availability and will be charged at 550.00 AED per day.

    Students should arrive on time, as stated on their joining letter. Students should contact Gloss Global Ltd at the earliest opportunity if they cannot arrive on time.

    Gloss Global Ltd reserves the right to withhold certificates for poor attendance.

    Absence should be avoided wherever possible. Any time off for personal reasons, religious holidays, etc. must be discussed and agreed before booking and extra training will only be provided subject to availability and at a 550.00 AED charge per day.


    GENERAL

    Students are expected to look presentable and professional at all times and maintain a professional manner. Rude and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of courses. No refunds will be given.

    All rooms are to be kept in a clean and tidy manner. Students who cause any damages Gloss Global Ltd's property will be held responsible and charged appropriately. If necessary, police will be informed.

    Theft will not be tolerated and will result in immediate termination of all classes and no refund given. Police will be informed.

    Students should not remove any property from the school without prior consent.

    If translators are required, they must be arranged and paid for by the student. Gloss Global Ltd must be notified of translator's attendance at time of booking.

    Any personal belongings at the premises are left at the students own risk. Gloss Global Ltd accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage.

    Gloss Global Ltd reserves the right to change courses, dates, examination dates, examination locations, course content and fees without any prior notice.

    Gloss Global Ltd reserves the right to change or restructure course content in order to best cater for students learning abilities. This can result in an increase or a decrease in course content.

    If a student fails to attend an examination for any reason, Gloss Global Ltd is not obliged to offer the next available exam date.

    Students who fail assessments due to poor attendance and negligence of coursework/homework will be asked to pay for any extra classes needed in order for them to pass their assessments. Gloss Global Ltd is not liable for this extra cost. This cost will be charged at 550.00 AED per day and extra days are subject to availability.

    Gloss Global Ltd accepts no liability for adverse effects or issues related to products which students have not trained with. This includes any changes to product content or if products are discontinued by their manufacturer after training.

    Gloss Global Ltd accepts no liability for treatments that students perform after training is completed. All students are advised to make sure they have both personal and public liability insurance before utilising knowledge gained at Gloss Global Ltd.

    Gloss Ltd reserves the right to change location of courses between all registered premises' (prior notice will be given).

    All terms and conditions are accepted by students upon booking any courses.
